care mission statement

Nursing guidelines for our facility
  1. The nursing mission statement of our facility sees itself as part of the nursing concept.
  2. Nursing is a service that is provided to healthy, sick, old and disabled people in all life situations between life and death.
  3. The basis of our nursing work is the holistic care of the patients. We are guided by the care model of Monika Krohwinkel. This means that people are individually, properly and professionally cared for and cared for in their home environment, taking into account their physical, psychological, social, cultural and spiritual needs and with the involvement of relatives, friends, family doctors and therapists.
  4. We see every person as a self-determining individual and meet their wishes with dignity and respect while maintaining confidentiality.
  5. In addition to performance-related care, the goals of our care are determined by the individual characteristics of the patient. As far as this is possible, maintaining and restoring the patient's independent lifestyle has top priority.
  6. We encourage the active co-determination of the patient in the design of the care and include resources and possible self-help potential. In the last phase of life, we enable our patients to die with dignity.
  7. For us, care also means creating an atmosphere in which our patients can feel comfortable and their health is promoted.
  8. Care means collaboration. Our care goals can only be achieved and the quality of care continuously improved together with our employees. The employees work independently and can always count on the support of the team. Working in a team is characterized by mutual respect. Furthermore, the employees are able to meet the high demands of their daily work through constant training and further education.
  9. In order to achieve a high level of care quality, care is planned, documented and the success of care is monitored. This process makes our work transparent for everyone.
  10. Our care model is binding for all employees.
